What is included
- the whole application with every feature — dispatching, map, chat, reports, telephony integration
- an unlimited number of dispatchers, drivers and observers
- hosting on a server in the Czech Republic (EU), domain and certificate
- daily encrypted backups
- updates and new features at no extra charge

What is not included (and we say so upfront)
- a phone number and SIP trunk from a VoIP provider — needed only for the telephony integration; you arrange that contract yourself (typically a low monthly fee)
- a phone exchange (Asterisk/FreePBX — the software is free) if you want caller identification; we will help you set it up
- custom development beyond the scope of the application — by arrangement
How it works
- You try everything free for 14 days — no card, no commitment.
- Before the trial ends you receive a proforma invoice by email with a QR code.
- You pay by ordinary bank transfer: scan the QR code in your banking app (or copy the details by hand). If you prefer not to think about it, set up a standing order — the reference number never changes.
- Once the payment arrives, the account extends itself by a month and an invoice (proof of payment) arrives by email.
- No lock-in: you simply do not pay for the next month. Your data stays available for download and you get an export of everything.
- Municipalities and companies with an accounting department: we can arrange invoicing outside the system — just write to us.
