For municipalities and towns running a senior transport service
Senior transport is often run directly by a municipality or one of its organisations. Viacurso is built with that in mind:
- The funding body gets an observer role: it sees the operation and history read-only, with no way to change anything.
- The monthly report (PDF and Excel) is generated by the administrator and works directly as backing documentation for a subsidy claim — number of rides, kilometres and prices, broken down by region and driver.
- Each client can have a monthly ride limit; the dispatcher sees immediately when taking an order that the limit is used up.
- The application runs on a server in the Czech Republic (EU) and data does not travel abroad.
- The in-app help is written for complete beginners — a dispatcher who does not normally work with computers can operate it.
Security and data
Security and data
You carry older people's personal data — we treat that data accordingly:
- An automatic encrypted backup every day; restoring from a backup is tested, not just promised.
- Audit trail: for sensitive operations it is traceable who did what and when.
- Role-based permissions are enforced on the server — a driver sees only their own rides, an observer only what you grant them.
- Access only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS); passwords are stored using a modern algorithm (argon2).
- Data is stored on a server in the Czech Republic. Phone numbers and names are never written to operational logs.
We only state what the application actually does — no certifications we do not hold.
